Dalia Cantor is founder and CEO of CPA Solutions, headquartered in Orlando, Fla. With her more than 20 years’ experience as an accountant, business consultant and tax advisor, Ms. Cantor leads a talented team of accounting professionals providing services in diverse areas of business accounting and consulting, taxation, and business valuations for clients across private medical, legal and veterinary practices.

Ms. Cantor founded CPA Solutions in 2008 to provide specialty services, including U.S. and international tax strategies and filings; operational and strategic business consulting; business valuations; and supporters mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She is an industry expert in day-to-day accounting, practice consulting and tax planning areas, guiding her health care clients through partnerships and acquisitions.

Prior to CPA Solutions, Ms. Cantor worked in public accounting managing both domestic and foreign audit and tax clients. In private industry, she was involved in the regulatory environment, specializing in technical accounting, internal controls, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and M&A transactions for publicly held, international companies. Throughout her time in the private industry sector, Cantor managed various subsidiaries and finance departments in 18 countries.
